The Thailand E-Sport Federation (TESF)<\/strong>, led by Mr. Santi Lothong<\/strong>, President of the Federation, held a press conference to officially launch the \u201cSports for a Strong Society, Career and Income Creation, and National Capacity Enhancement Initiative: \u2018Domestic Power\u2019 Youth Development Program 2025\u201d<\/strong> in the esports category. The event took place at the Thailand Esports Stadium<\/strong> on 20 October 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Thanukiat Chanchum<\/strong>, Manager of the National Sports Development Fund, Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT)<\/strong>, who presided over the event. Also attending as witnesses were Mr. Klue Chusri<\/strong>, Director of the Regional Sports Division, and Mr. Phanthupree Dabngoen<\/strong>, Director of the Regional Sports Development Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the \u201cSports for a Strong Society, Career and Income Creation, and National Capacity Enhancement Initiative: \u2018Domestic Power\u2019 Youth Development Program 2025\u201d<\/strong>, the esports component of the project has been structured into three main areas of implementation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. National-Level Competitions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. National-Level Training Programs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. International Training and Conference Participation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    These activities are further organized into seven key strategic areas<\/strong>, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Knowledge and Skills Development Training for Esports Athletes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Knowledge and Skills Development Training for Esports Referees<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Knowledge and Skills Development Training for Esports Coaches<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Establishment of a Professional Esports Talent Development Foundation across Five Regions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Youth Esports Championship (Esport Youth League) toward Professional Level<\/strong>, conducted across five regions and culminating in a national final round<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Esports Athlete Incubation Center from Youth to Professional Level (E-Sports Excellence Center)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Creation of Opportunities and International Pathways for Thai Youth<\/strong>, by selecting first-place teams from the Esport Youth League (five regional competitions and the national finals) in both men\u2019s and women\u2019s categories of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang<\/em> to participate in an international boot camp in the Republic of the Philippines as representatives of Thailand\u2019s national team<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      For the Esport Youth League<\/strong> in 2025, the competition was honored with a Royal Trophy graciously bestowed by His Majesty the King<\/strong>, representing the highest distinction and marking a historic first for the Thailand E-Sport Federation. In addition, the total prize money for all competitions exceeded 600,000 Thai Baht<\/strong>, along with opportunities for both men\u2019s and women\u2019s teams to participate in an international boot camp in the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The implementation period of the \u201cDomestic Power\u201d Youth Development Program 2025<\/strong> in the esports category is scheduled from October to December 2025<\/strong>.
